It’s Not Us, It’s them

 It’s Not Us, It’s them
By: Rena Mallillin

Standing outside the door
You called my name
An angel strook not only my ear
Also my heart, I felt so tame

I stood next to you,
They saw us the time we talked
So I stayed I away from the door,
And just walked

When will I ever talk to you freely?
When people saw us they give
A different meaning, being with you
I should go and just leave

I know we can be close though just a bit,
But the people around us keeps us apart
You are their for me most of the time
But this is not enough to fill up lonely heart
